The O2O Platform is the operations system CTG4U RETAIL SDN. BHD. runs its wholesale business on — catalog, stock, orders, deliveries and invoicing for the retailers we supply.
Who we are
CTG4U RETAIL SDN. BHD. is a company incorporated in Malaysia under Company No. 202601026837 (1688933-M), with its registered office in George Town, Pulau Pinang. We supply appointed retailers across Malaysia and manage that supply — from the catalog they order against to the invoice they settle — on this Platform.
Access is by appointment only. Accounts are issued by our administrators to named people at retailers we work with and to our own staff; there is no public sign-up. If you believe you should have access and do not, speak to your account manager or write to us below.
What the Platform does
One catalog, one stock ledger
Every product we supply, priced per project, with stock counted at each store and warehouse — so what a retailer orders against is what is really on the shelf.
Orders through to proof of delivery
Orders are confirmed before stock moves, dispatched with our own team or a courier partner, and signed for on arrival — with the signed document kept as the record.
Invoicing that settles
Invoices raised on agreed terms, payable online, with credit notes and reconciliation handled in the same place the goods were ordered.
